Allowance for transport to workstation - § 53b

Allowance for transport to workstation may be provided by the Office to the employer pursuant to written agreement concluded, if the employer assures every-day transport of employees and back because of provable absence of suitable mass transport correspond with the needs of the employer. The allowance may not be provided if for the transport into workstation the allowance for settlement of operational costs of sheltered workshop sheltered workstation and transport of employees to workstation was provided. 

If all conditions are fulfilled which are determined by the written agreement concluded between the Office and the employer, the allowance may be provided up to the amount of 50 % of costs spent for transport of employees to the workstation and back. 

The allowance is provided by the Office, in the territory of which the employer has its registered office or principal residence, if the employer is a physical person.
