If one of the parents disrespects the court decision, the other one can bring an action at the competent court of the 1st instance to execute the decision. Prior to ordered execution of the decision, the Court shall call on the parent disrespecting the court decision to accept the decision, warning him on the consequences of failure to do so.
The Court can order forced decision execution, namely to provide for removal of a child from the parent restricted to contact the child based on the court decision, in cooperation with the Department of Social-Legal Protection of Children and Social Curatorship.
If one of the parents disables the other one to contact the child on repeated, unreasonable and deliberate manner, the Court can change the decision on the child entrustment also without proposal and to entrust the child in the other parent´s care.
