Should you suspect a child being subject to torture, misuse or malpracticing, you should contact the Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family SR, Department of Social-Legal Protection of Children and Social Tutorship that will adopt necessary child-protection measures.
Suspect child torture, misuse or malpracticing can be anonymously reported on the free-of-charge Hotline at the Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family SR: 0800 191 222. IN order to enable intervention by the Department of Social-Legal Protection of Children and Socila Tutorship, the child should be identified (name and address).
If you witnessed the child torture, misuse or malpracticing and the child´s life or health has been immediately endangered, it requires immediate intervention by the Integrated Rescue System corps; call the emergency line 112.
Criminal act or suspect criminal act of a child torture, misuse or malpracticing should be reported to the criminal authorities.
