Allowance for work trips - § 53

Office of Labor, Social Matters and Family provides monthly allowance for work trips to compensate the part of travel costs for work trips from his/her principal residence or z from his/her temporary residence to the place of job performance mentioned in the labor contract and back to an employee, who was the job seeker registered in the job seeker register for minimum three months and who was removed from the job seeker register because of origin of the labor relation or similar relation based on the agreements of works performed out of the labor relation, if the allowance for work trips is requested in writing not later than one month from the labor relation start. The allowance for work trips may be provided repeatedly after elapsing of two years from finish of the period of providing it.  

The allowance for work trips is provided to an employee for maximum six months from the labor relation start.

Allowance for work trips is provided to compensate the travel cost for transport by public transport vehicles in maximum amount of 135 Eur a month depending on distance of the place of job performance to his/her principal residence or from the temporary residence of employee. The allowance is not provided to an employee who make work trips from  his/her principal residence or z from his/her temporary residence to the place of job performance mentioned in the labor contract within one community

Allowance for work trips is provided by the Office to job seekers, in the register of which the employer was registered within 30 calendar days from the employment duration evidence submitting.
