Subsidy for children until elementary school accomplishment

Subsidy intended to support education on the nutrition habits and on fulfillment of school duties by a child endangered by social exclusion can be provided on basis of the applicant’s written request for subsidy the Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family SR in whose territorial whole the applicant’s permanent address is located except for civil association that will obtain such subsidy from the Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family SR according to location of the school.

The following subjects can be applicants for the subsidy:

-          school founder except for the Regional School Office

-       municipality based on the school location (school founded by the Regional School Office)

-        civil association whose members are parents or other children representatives and school allies (school founded by the Regional School Office).

-        in appropriate cases, kindergarten or elementary school on the basis of a written agreement with the founder.

The applicant shall submit the application for subsidy for particular fiscal year at the Office until the 10th day of a calendar month. The application shall be attached with:

-          document proving fulfillment of the terms required by the Budgetary Rules Act, 

-          The list of children for which the applicant required subsidy provision including their names, surnames, birth ID and permanent address,

-          Statement of the children´s parents or physical individuals to whose care the children have been entrusted by the court decision on agreement with inclusion of the child/ren in the list of children for which the subsidy has been requested and conformation of their income, except if they are allowance and benefits recipients.

Subsidy intended to support education on the nutrition habits of a child endangered by social exclusion (hereinafter the „subsidy“) can be provided for lunch and other meal in kindergarten and elementary school.

For purposes of the subsidy, meal shall refer to lunch and other meal provision.

The subsidy will be provided per every day of attending the educational process in the kindergarten or elementary school by a child when the child consumed lunch or other meal.

Subsidy per capita and day refers to max. 1€, in particular but max. 1 € per lunch and max. 0,35 € per other meal.

Subsidy intended to support education on fulfillment of school duties by a child endangered by social exclusion (hereinafter the „subsidy“) can be provided for purchase of the school material required for preparation to and education in kindergarten and elementary school.

For purposes of the subsidy, the school material shall refer mainly to exercise books, writing material, textbooks and necessary individual tools.

The subsidy will be provided in the respective fiscal year in max. amount Eur 33,20 per capita.
