Professional consulting services - § 43

Professional consulting services are focused on influencing the decision making and behavior of a job seeker, creating the compliance between personal presuppositions of a job seeker and requirements for performance of certain job, social and work adaptation of a job seeker by:

a) Finding personable presuppositions, knowledge and appraisal of his/her competences,

b) Elaborating the individual action plan to support the job opportunities of disadvantaged job seeker, 

c) Diagnosing and recognizing the hindrances for labor market admission, 

d) Creating the personable profile of a job seeker to determine activities, measures and services required for his/her integration into the labor market. 

Office of Labor, Social Matters and Family itself or through suppliers of professional consulting services, which may be a legal or physical entity having authorization to perform the Professional consulting services may assure professional consulting services  professional consulting services.

Individual action plan is a written document determining measures, procedure and time schedule of fulfillment of individual measures to increase the job opportunity possibilities of a disadvantaged job seeker on the labor market. 

Individual action plan is based on the offer of the Office of Labor, Social Matters and Family or on written request of disadvantaged job seeker.

A job seeker making use of professional consulting services is entitled to be reimbursed for travel cost spent for transport from his/her principal residence or temporary residence to the place of professional consulting service rendition and back as well as cost for accommodation and allowance  in accordance with the travel cost reimbursement act.

Office of Labor, Social Matters and Family may provide a allowance for family services to a job seeker participating in the activities of the professional consulting services provided by the Office or assured through a supplier of professional consulting services and, as a parent, taking care of a child (children) before starting the compulsory education or, as an authorized person, taking care of a child (children) before starting the compulsory education according to the family act. 

The allowance amount for the services for families with children is maximum 54,- EUR/child and maximum  42,- EUR for each other child and day monthly. This allowance is provided to one parent or one authorized person only.
